* Coordinate with sourcing buyers and delivery manager to define the priority requirements for open positions * Nurture prospective candidates * Approach passive candidates and follow up when necessary * Execute a calling plan and qualify potential candidates * Browse resume databases * Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates * Advertise open positions to external networks * Ask for referrals from current employees, freelancers, acquaintances and industry professionals * Maintain the Successfactor database with candidate data * Attend job fairs and organize events (for active freelancers) * Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques
* Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar in a job agency * Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search) * Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases) * Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold call and sending recruiting mails) * Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously) * Good decision-making skills * Experience in the recruitment domain, ideally in working with IT (SAP is a significant plus) * Language skills: FR/ENG and NL nice to have
