Reporting to Head of Logistics in UK, for 2 warehouses located in Saintes and Nivelles, Belgium:

Your mission is to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.

Together with the Head Quarter and according to Group's compliance :

• Maintain Environments, Health, Safety and Security standards
• Ensure implementation of Strategic plans and Quality policies
• Drive continuous improvement towards efficiency targets
• Conform with warehousing and shipping legal requirements
• Produce regular reporting

Through close management of Warehouse Direct Reports :

• Ensure reliable quality process and operating plan implementation
• Ensure efficient storage follow up
• Provide efficient workforces assignment
• Ensure accurate reporting tools, indicators and targets
• Oversee transport needs and stores distribution
• Ensure clean well-maintained and secure buildings

Together with Business Analysis, System and Stock Control Department :

• Define and adapt continuous warehouses configuration improvement
• Ensure inventories accuracy, stock and reconciliation with data storage system
• Warrant optimal workforce needs

Together with HR Department :

• Define and support quality training plan for supervision level
• Select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Monitor staff performance
• Ensure fair social partners relationship

Educational background : Management, Economic or Supply chain orientation

Professional experience : Min 5 years of experience into a management position within logistics or supply chain environment

Languages : Fluent in French and in English

IT : Excel, ERP and Distribution software

Flexibility : Full adaptability to company business needs
