What does the internship involve?
PepsiCo BeLux is looking for an Inventory DRP (Demand & Requirements) Planner intern, for a period of 6 months starting from February 2020, who is the point of contact in the CS&L organization towards production Plants (Supply Planning), subcontractors and Customer Service regarding Stock Management. As an Inventory DRP planner intern, you will be responsible for the BeLux inventory levels and the reduction of the stock on hand.
Specially as an intern, we would like for you to have the following responsibilities:
Continuous Improvement in Inventory Management
Management of the coordination of flawless execution of co-packing activities Order, stock management & correct invoicing
Accountability for the execution of corporate controls for Inventory
External contacts: warehouse managers of Logistic service providers, Supply Planning
Coordination of Demand Planning projects and advice the Demand Planning Manager about available alternatives
Planning Inbound and Outbound (translation demand plan to Inventory planning) – deliver input for capacity planning 3PL
Manage Co-packing activities like displays (collaborating with Shopper Marketing, POS material)
Inventory management of the co-pack orders
Responsible inbound and outbound Stock – System (I-doc management SAP) and operations
Logistical and commercial handling of Obsoletes
Financial and Operational Reporting regarding Inventory
Business Process Controller Key Controls Inventory
Stock reconciliations and Root Cause Analysis – remediation Plan stock differences different systems and link 3PL
Correct parametrization in systems and manage execution customer Service in ATP Available to Promise (VMI Planner)
Minimum run management from demand planning view – decision maker to Supply planning
Secure service Level
Supply Planning – Manage produce To Order to Co-manufacturers
S&OP Representative Demand Planning to Plants and Co-manufacturers
Month End Close – SPOC CS&L BeLux

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is ambitious and result focused and has strong communication skills, coupled with sharp analytical ability. So if you are someone who:
has a Master/Bachelor in Supply Chain/Business Engineering/Economic Sciences or other University Degree with records of Supply chain interests;
is familiar with Microsoft software packages: Excel, Power Point, Word, Microsoft Outlook;
has strong analytical skills;
is strong service oriented;
is capable of working with deadlines;
has a high level of pro-activity; driven; enthusiastic and high energy level;
has the ability to navigate in a digital work environment;
is Dutch speaking with a good knowledge of English;
