The accounts receivable accountant will become a senior accountant able to take full responsibility over the A/R process in the BeNeFrance region. From control over the invoicing process, over different collecting tasks, booking of the banks, till different reportings towards management and sales departments.
1) Banks:

• Booking of bank statements (Belgium & France)
• Cash pool confirmation
• Intercompany Netting confirmation

2) A/R process tasks:

• Pro-active contacts with customers on A/R
• Follow up customer payments
• Maintain & execute dunning procedure
• Support & communication with Mgmt & Sales on A/R

3) AP process tasks:

• Prepare and review invoices
• Validation of vendor payments
• Balance confirmations (intercompany, third parties)

4) Credit insurance management:

• Maintenance credit limits

5) General ledger:

• Accounting of salary-postings, VAT postings, ...

6) Administration:

• Différente daily administration tacks (for example opening of te postal mail, letters, ...)
